  • Agitation related to Alzheimer’s disease
  • Cachexia (wasting from conditions like Anorexia Nervosa, or AIDS)
  • Cancer, radiation and chemotherapy
  • Glaucoma
  • HIV+/AIDS and related illness
  • Chronic Nausea
  • Severe Pain
  • Seizures
  • Epilepsy
  • Persistent muscle spasm disorders, including but not limited to those caused by multiple sclerosis
  • PTSD

IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
Chronic Pain from Arthritis
Chronic Pain from Degenerative Disk Disease
Malignant Melanoma
Chronic Pain from Skin Cancer
Prostate Cancer
Testicular Cancer
Adrenal Cortical Cancer
Brain malignant tumor
Chronic Pain from Diabetic Neuropathy
Chronic Back Pain
Migraine Headaches
Chronic Pain from Fibromyalgia
Chronic Pain and Nausea from Hepatitis
Chronic Nausea
Chronic Pain T.M.J Syndrome
Chronic Pain and nausea from GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease)
Breast Cancer

Having these above conditions does not necessarily mean you qualify. Chronic pain is defined as lasting longer than 3 months and you have sought medical attention more than once.
