About the Founder
A self-taught herbalist, mother, and entrepreneur, Brie Malarkey is the founder and CEO of Sun Breeze inc. which owns Breeze Botanicals and Sun God Medicinals - an herb processor in Central Point, Oregon.
Her companies focus on plant medicine that is cultivated in Southern Oregon, working hard to support the region's farmers, food producers, wildcrafters, and artists, through their commitment to local agriculture and the Rogue Valley economy.
Inspired by this humble beginning, all of the Sun God Medicinals products are crafted with love and the desire to help others. Enriched by the legends of traditional herbal medicine and world mythologies, our product lines offer holistic wellness rooted in the heritage of herbal plant medicine. From meticulously sourced organic herbs to the therapeutic potency of hemp and cannabis, our formulations are carefully crafted to nurture your customer's wellness and vitality.
Brie has studied the herbal works of Michael Moore, Rosemary Gladstar, and Susan Weed as well as attended various medical marijuana conferences for clinicians including both the 2015, 2016, and 2017 Medical Cannabis Conference in Arcata, California where she learned from Donald Abrams, MD; Ethan Russo, MD; Dustin Sulak, DO; Michael Fratkin MD; and Martin Lee, Author/Director of Project CBD. Although not an expert, over the years she has studied cannabis and cancer care; successful organic methods for cannabis cultivation; analytical analysis of cannabis; terpenes and phyto-cannabinoids; and endocannabinoid physiology.
